Deer Creek Conservation Club is a private Club on private property. Non-members shall not be on the property. The only exemption to this will be for any of the scheduled shoots which are open to the public. These shoots are listed on the yearly shoot schedule and all those shoots are open to the public unless otherwise stated.
Those who might be interested in membership have several options. The first, and the most desired method, is by knowing an existing member and that person be willing to introduce you to the facilities and advise you on how to possibly join. If you do not know anyone and are interested, you should mail a letter of introduction to the Club address. You will need to send a written request for an application and the directors/officers will take that request under advisement and get back with you via U.S. mail. You should also include a telephone number where we can reach you.
All of the following information is also required:
1. You must be a CURRENT member of the National Rifle Association
2. You must agree to a criminal records check
3. You must be agreeable to honestly and completely fill out an application
4. You must complete member personal information sheet
5. You must sign-off on the rules
6. You must provide a current picture of yourself
7. You must attend a mandatory three hour meeting and tour
We will also require a current government issued photo ID to verify who you are. All new members are required to pay the initial join fee of $50.00 plus the yearly dues (pro-rated through the year). Membership runs from Jan 1 - Dec 31. There are only a few available join dates throughout the year. Please allow enough time for possibly becoming a member when you become interested.
Maintaining the integrity of our Club is upmost priority. We do not take applicants without major consideration. Safety is our main concern and we will take whatever steps necessary for self preservation of the Club. Please understand that this is a private Club and while new members are welcome, there is no guaranteed right to membership.

With submission of an application, a sum of $ 50.00 must be included in check or money order payable to Deer Creek Conservation Club at the same time as mailing application. In the event an applicant is denied membership the money will be fully refunded.

Junior Member:
Join fee is always $15.00, never an initiation fee.
When the Junior member turns 18 years old they must then
pay the $50.00 initiation fee and the next year?s dues will
be full price.
Example:
Little Joey joined DCCC as a Junior member when he was 16 years old. He pays $15.00 and no initiation fee.
In March of whatever year he turns 18 years old, he then must pay the $50.00 initiation fee and he is still good for that remaining year.
Next year Little Joey will pay full price regular dues.
All new members are required to be NRA members. This must be completed prior to application submission and is an additional cost NOT associated with the above listed fees.
